Booking Process
1. Text/WhatsApp Zoe on 07771 506218 indicating Name, horses name, level, time preference and email address. If you are joining with someone else and want to be grouped with them, please also let us know at this point.
2. You will then be sent a form to complete and return, along with your payment. Please let Zoe know when you have sent your payment so she can confirm receipt.
3. Payment secures your place, which then secures your preferred time. Please note your place/time isn’t guaranteed until we have received payment.
Terms & Conditions
We know things are unpredictable at the moment so are trying to keep things fair for all:
1. Times will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you book and pay, the more likely you will get your preferred time.
2. If you cancel your place within 7 days, there is no refund UNLESS YOU find someone to fill your space. Please note we will need a completed form and payment from them and this is subject to a £5.00 admin fee.
3. If you cancel your place 4 weeks or less before the clinic, you will be refunded 50% UNLESS there is someone to take your place, in which case you will receive a full refund minus an admin fee of £5.00
4. Places cancelled more than 4 weeks before the clinic will receive a full refund minus an admin fee of £5.00
5. Current Somerford rules state they may do spot checks on passports for flu vaccines so please bring passports (vaccines last 12 months).
6. If you are showing any symptoms of Covid, please be responsible and stay home!
